Step 1 - Proposal Agreement

A Letter of Agreement will be prepared, reviewed and agreed upon at this stage. It would define all aspects of the project inclusive of roles and responsibilities, the fee, the terms and conditions and any exclusions pertaining to the project details. It is at this time that any discussions regarding the terms of the contract need to be reviewed and a way forward agreed. All legal documentation is reflective of the industry standards outlined by ASID and the appropriate local legal requirements.
