Chinatown Apt
A 1960's modern concrete building in Chinatown was in need of a makeover to meet the needs of an aging mother.
The Client desired warmth, function and accessibility for an ELDERLY occupant, and a sense of openness to accommodate a gathering of family members.
Integrating GREEN materials also appealed to the client as well as making sure the Design met all ROI expectations.
Our Design Team created the design, managed the construction, analyzed the Feng Shui condition and implemented the final move in. A truly HOLISTIC project.
