Grammercy Park Apt
The Foundry was constructed in the early 1900's and was converted to residences in the 1970's. The apartments have 12+ foot undulating ceilings. The apartment had not been renovated in 35+ years so a FULL GUT RENOVATION was called for.
Due to the restraints of the Co-op, the floor plan had to remain virtually unchanged; but the INNOVATIVE design solutions and the utilization of storage and clever electrical design allowed the space to open up.
The design concept of CONTEMPORARY MORROCAN resulted in a sleek, zestful space conveyed through the creative use of unique finishes such as TADELAKT. Venetian plaster and metallic paints.
