This beautiful pre-war coop on the Upper West Side of Manhattan had been home for my Clients for over 20 years.
Utilizing our signature Magic Box ™ process, a ‘big picture’ understanding of their needs was established, with both bathrooms being the first step in the HOME IMPROVEMENT PLAN.
The design, white-on-white scheme, became a sophisticated layering of texture and light and was modified to meet both unique bathroom requirements. This resulted in classic but inspired spaces that both felt NEW & TIMELESS at the same time!
