Prospect Park House
The Client's GROWING FAMILY required the need for space specialist S. Lee Wright to review the USE & FUNCTION of the vertical house and make recommendations on how to best live in the brownstone.
A strategy was implemented to restructure the entire house including the playroom, gym and office as well as the daughter's bedroom to be a BIG GIRL BEDROOM that would last the test of time.
Finally the Bathroom renovation was necessary due to a PLUMBING EMERGENCY and resulted in a LIGHT, BRIGHT and HAPPY bathroom that functions better for the entire FAMILY.
