Having completed a main KITCHEN & BATH renovation for this Client almost (8) years previously, S. Lee Wright was called upon again to help with some small decoration projects.
However, upon a thorough review of the spaces and the Clients true NEEDS, the project scope GREW naturally from a simple decoration job to a first floor renovation project!
The Florida Room was newly FURNISHED to meet the children's & parents' needs alike, the front entrance hallway was transformed into a FOYER and the KITCHEN had some adjustments to help it meet the new FAMILY-of-fours requirements.
The resulting design literally maximizes the Brownstone's real estate to meet the needs of an ACTIVE FAMILY lifestyle.
