Residential Gunnel Residence With a toddler at home and a new baby on the way, this beautiful landmarked co-op overlooking New York Harbor, was in need of a face lift, fast. The task was to improve the way the kitchen worked with the dining area and living room, while bringing all the fixtures into the 21st century. The designer used a warm, earthy color palette called Desert Oasis, plus many different natural materials to create a sense of depth and character in the home.
