Close Out Process
At S. Lee Wright Ltd we feel it is important to make sure the project is fully completed and 100% closed when we bid farewell. This is never the most exciting part of the project and has a history of being the hardest to finish. We work with the teams to minimize the punch lists as much as possible and to coordinate all works to be done in a timely and efficient manner as possible. Again it is important to note that contractors are not employed by S. Lee Wright Ltd therefore we cannot be held responsible for any poor craftsmanship or performance and can only work on behalf of our clients to get the project completed to their best of our abilities.
Additional services we provide in the Close Out Phase is to provide a “Care & Maintenance Binder” for our clients to help them to have all relevant information in one place upon job completion and to ensure all specifications, finishes and instructions are easily located.
It is also at this stage we ask for our Clients to fill out a Post Evaluation Questionnaire to help us to evaluate and improve our services. We know that we can always learn something new and improving our services is one of our commitments to our clients.
Photographs and Referrals
For the above Care & Maintenance Blinder that we provide we simply request for our clients to allow us to photograph the project for our marketing purposes and to provide us with (6) qualified referrals to your friends, family and colleagues. Forms are provided during the Close Out Phase.
