Initial Design Consultation
The initial review meeting is to introduce the design team to the potential clients and vice versa.
It is a meeting to share references, review our design portfolio and discuss the overall scope of the work, and to define expectations and create a sense of a working relationship. It is also an opportunity for the design team to review our Magic Box ™ signature process and the journey of the renovation process.
It is not typically a working session for the design team to create any on-site design drawings or do a design analysis.
We offer the service of a “Working Design Session” at our standard billable hours if this is requested.
Working Design Session
This is a one-time design service requested by our clients to do a specific design analysis that is defined and agreed in advance. This can be a color consultation, an artwork layout & hanging session, a holistic overview or a schematic concept design working session. We are able to meet our clients’ needs on a variety of levels and only need to have the expectations defined in advance, as well as have a time limit agreement in place beforehand, to ensure complete success.
Feng Shui Consultation
Feng Shui consultations are available for any spaces or environments that our Clients inhabit or are thinking of incorporating into their lives. Our sessions include an on-site visit, a full space review & analysis from the holistic perspective, drawing from our extensive experience and training in Black Sect Tantric Buddhist Feng Shui as well as holistic interior architectural and interior design elements to help assess the most optimal manner to use the spaces in question.
The recommendations for each space are very individualized for each of our Client’s and rarely are the same. Often the session covers some furniture lay out, color enhancements, accessory review, clutter and organizational review, construction elements, orientation and overview of the situation from a broader perspective.
Additionally, Lee will offer a variety of space clearings and aromatherapy enhancements for spaces that require these adjustments utilizing her certification in Aromatherapy.
Our goal is to provide helpful guidelines on how to modify your environments to enhance spatial function and harmony.
We accept payment for Feng Shui consultations in the traditional Red Envelope policy. Please ask for details.
This can be an individual service or part of a larger design project.
